My Frigidaire bake element is not working. Once I unscrew the screws holding the element in place how do I detach it from the eletrical wires?

I've replaced two. They both plugged in. unscrew it, if there are wires to deal with, ask for help if the new unit does not come with instructions. Please turn off power to the oven/stove before starting.
