    Formatting Problem.
I have a document in word that I am using to create a seating plan for one of the weddings this weekend. I don't have a lot of time.

The document contains lists of the people that are attending are arranged according to which table they are all seated. The creator has used Tabs to section each list (I really hate Tabs). I am trying to copy and paste each list separately to save time but every time I highlight one list, I am forced to highlight every list.

I have tried reformatting the way I know how but it's not working, can anyone help, I don't have much time and to copu and paste each individual name will take me ages.

I'm on my way to work right now. How much time do you have? You could email me the doc with instructions and I could try to do for you. I'll be back online in about 15 minutes (drop off the kids). PM me if you want to do this 'cause I'd have to give you my work email.

Cheers Needkarma - but it's OK. I did it the longwinded way by copying each individual name indivdually and pasting into the other document individually. But thank you so much for the kind offer - I will most definitely take you up on it in furture should you offer again;) Most appreciated.
