    Age of Guardian selection
    How old does a child a have to be of age to select his/her legal guardian in Florida. Both parents are alive but live in separate countries. The marital status is separation

    18, at 18 they can decide where to live, up to that point, the courts decide who lives where. They can testify in court as to what they want, but the court can do what they would like
