Hello room my name is el_transero.. I am on probation for possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance.. I did nine months in prison.. and now I have three years of probation... my question is can I travel outside the country during this time.. or I must first complete my probation.. I don't think your parole board wll allow you to travel outside your country while on probation. Isn't a stipulation reporting at a given time every month ? How would you achieve that while travelling ?

If you get permission from you PO, yes you can. However, travel OUTSIDE the country is going to be rather difficult. You're going to need a passport and I don't believe you'll get one while on probation. And, the countries you're going to be traveling in probably won't issue a visa to a felon on probation.

So, the answer to your question is maybe, but probably not.
