Children's movie
Okay my brother used to always watch this in the mid 90's. It was just a short little kids movie about fire trucks and construction equipment and that sort of thing. There were a lot of cute little songs that went with it. Remember one song about a crane went something like this.. "going up going up higher than the airplanes, take a look at me and you will see my name is crane!"

You may be thinking of the "There Goes a..." series. Here's a link for the "There Goes a Fire Truck" My brothr had (has, as we still have them in our VHS collections) every one of them, and watched them all every day for years! I HATED them, but eventually grew to love them. And can still name every construction vehicle known to man.
