    Tanning for First Time. I have Questions!
    Ok just a few.

    1-How long should I stay in?
    2-Im very pale. Are there any settings I need to know?
    3-How bad will I burn? In natural sun I don't use sun screen and I've only had one burn in my whole life.

    If you're planning to go to a tanning salon, the salon employees will most likely assist you. Most tanning salons have tanning booths or spray machines. They will help you choose an option that's right for you.

    Keep in mind that the lights in tanning booths are much stronger than the sun. Even people who normally tan can get burnt easily at first. If you really want to do it, ease into it. Don't go the full time in the first time. When I use to tan, I usually started at half the time and then gradually eased my way up.

    Oh, and I forgot. They usually have lotion you can buy there. You should use it.
