    Good morning, peeps!
I'm too lazy to go back and try to catch up... just going to move forward from here!

Kae, very nice music: lifihouse storm! I like that!

Chery, if you think you want to go to Vegas, I'd like to start helping by passing the proverbial hat around.

Start, sorry to hear about your slip-up. You doing better today, I hope?

Getting tired. I only have a chance of a couple of hours today, but I can't make myself go to sleep right when I get home. Got a lot of plans today?

I can't complain... I haven't had a cold or flu in a couple of years... I guess this is my year!
I'll try to keep it brief.
And I'll have some soup. Thanks!

Good morning-And you thought the Steelers might show up?

    Good morning all.

When muscles are injured, sore and swollen ice first to reduce swelling then moist heat.

Actually Start, I think that any bone pain should have professional care. It has now been two days since it happened, is the pain worst or getting better? Maybe you should ask J? You are too young to be walking like me (ha-:) right rpg?). Seriously I would watch it closely.
