The idea is to protect myself installed jettub motor from harming anybody and to
Buy protection devices for pool lights. It seems that is fairly simple to put a current sensing swith at about 5 ma CFI class A plug adapter to the lights and motor.. I am answering my own question, not sure if it's the right answer, where do I buy it and is there anything extra I shoud do.

A standard 5 Ma GFI device, either a circuit breaker or receptacle style, should be available at electrical supply distributors, or at hardware stores.

Each device at a pool or tub, needs protecting, including the pump motor, all lighting fixtures, and any outlet nearby.

All metal within 5 feet of a pool or tub needs to be bonded together and grounded, usually to the ground lug on the pump motor.

You should review Article 680 of NFPA 70: National Electrical Code®, which covers pools and tubs, as there are several issues to deal with for a safe pool or tub installation.

Biggsie, a GFI device does not need a ground to operate properly.

What do you mean test it under a fault condition?

Testing should be done monthly, under normal conditions.

Once a fault occurs, it is too late.
