    95 Honda Accord Over Heating
    My sons 95 Honda Accord is over heating. The car runs cool as long as it is moving. When he stops at an intersection the car temperature starts to go up. The radiator fans do not turn on when this happens. The fans do not turn on when he turns the AC on. Any suggestions on where to start?
