Ok so I told this girl i9 know I like her and she's 21 I'm 19. And well she is happy I told her and that she says she *likes* me but wants to know me a bit longer, but we flirt a lot anyway. So what do you guys/gals think my next move should be. Just lay back and play it cool or ask her to go out in a few weeks?

I agree... play it cool. She's asking to get to know you better, so give her that opportunity. Be "friends" for a while. I can tell you one thing though. Don't hang out with her every day. Don't give her the impression that you will always wait. If you do, you will get stuck in the "friend trap" and that is a HARD one to get out of. Do you all like the same things? Maybe the same band or hobbies. Go do something together that you both enjoy, but do it as a group. Invite several friends. Don't pay her a lot more attention than anyone else there. Be careful because you don't want to push a relationship on her, but you don't want to eventually hear the line "You are more like a brother to me" either. Let me know how things go. Good luck.

Ok well now I just want to hid ina whole or something. I liked her before somewhat but now that I'm getting to know her more and more it kills me everyday just to wait. We text each other A lot. I have no idea how many messages we share a day just take my word on it. It's killing me really it is the waiting game to see if she will go out with me or not. It's like a dogs final secodns before getting neutered lmao. I know I have to be paitent and well hell Rome was not built in a day. I just got to get my mind off her right now. I just need I guess you guys to smack me in the face and to say don't be a dumbass and rush things. Lol WOW did I need to vent or what lol.

You may not like this but I'll say it anyway. Workplace relationships are very hard to manage, as you see your partner a lot, and that can be awkward and smothering, over the long haul. It also comes with its own pitfalls, as when you don't see eye to eye, the disagreement can spill over at work. So don't go into this with a blind eye, raging hormones, or impatients. The stakes are to high. Its also near impossible to get someone off your mind, when you see them everyday.
