    Accelerated Lien
I own a condo and am very late with maintenance fees. The association is threatening an Accelerated Lien. I know what a lien is, but am unfamiliar with an accelerated one. Anyone know what that means? Could I be forced to sell my condo because of this? Any answers/comments are greatly appreciated - thanks!

I can't find a specific definition, but the only thing I can think of would be that it might force the sale of the condo.
