FIRM, Bruchetta is an itialian thing. What you do is you get a loaf of italian bread, split it in half. Then you butter it with garlic butter, top it with tomatoes, onions, and other spices. You could also buy a bottle of brushetta which has everything you need and just spread it then you melt shreddred cheese on top and brown it in the oven.

This is mostly given as an appetizer at restaurants.

Funny you mention Chicago, that is prouds favorite city. She visited once and fell in love with it. Now try to convince me to move out of Canada, don't think its going to happen lol.

Visiting chef sounds good, I am having the 8 year itch happening. Think I need to change my career and do something I actually enjoy doing. A change for the better. Oh you, love to travel and cook.

FIRM, sorry I keep saying I am leaving and do not. Just have a hard time leaving but I know you want some alone time with Stringer, so I really am going this time.

Joe, please take my advice, I have been in my own business for a very long time and I used to do motivational public speaking. I know that you have heard this before but it is very TRUE!

If you do what you really like/enjoy, you will NEVER "work" another day in your LIFE!

I worked at this little terryaki joint for 5 years.. loved every minute of it! I never really had a bad day at work...
I was in good company all the time, I managed it really well... with a lot of humor and young college students, the best job I have had... I loved it!
Now, I love what I do and wouldn't change it for the world! I love being here with my kids and other peoples kids need someone to make them smile while their mommys and daddys are not around! I love it! I wouldn't ask for anything else!
