    Windows vista and IE 7.0."link by E-mail"
    IE 7.0

    When I click on "File" > "Send", I use to have the choice of then clicking on "page by E-mail", Link by E-mail", or "Shortcut to desktop".

    Those choices are "greyed" out except for the "shortcut to desktop". Please help. I often foward interesting web pages to close friends of mine....and really enjoyed the link by email" feature?

    Am using windows vista ultimate.

    Make sure you have a default e-mail client defined.

    Maybe it's because you don't have your email account set up with Outlook Express or Outlook because that's the only place Windows knows to send mail to. If you exclusively have a webmail account there is no way for Windows to know that.
