    Eviction from a house
Can a owner of a home evict someone living in their house if there was no lease or rental agreement, what if these people are having financial problems, and the owner said that the people can deduct money from the rent that was used to fix things in the house that the owner did not fix.

Unless there's a lease or rental agreement, the tenant has no rights and the landlord has no obligations, so basically, yes, but if you put money into his house he owes you that money back.
