    Landlord didn't sign
    Tenant's signed lease and had verbal from landlord to move in. Lease is still yet to be
    Signed by the landlord. Landlord has refused any calls from either the tenant or broker.
    Is the lease valid and can the tenants stay?

    Lease is not valid unless both parties sign.
