On BC and missed period, could I possibly be pregnant?
I have been on BC pills for one month now. Due to have my period on Sunday and it is Wednesday and haven't started yet! My husband and I were very sexually active before I started the BC pills and I did not take a PT before I started the BC! For about two weeks I threw up everyday and I have to have a nap everyday and VERY VERY moody!! If I am pregnant then I think I became pregnant before I started the birth control. Does it sound like I could be pregnant, or am I just wishing? When should I take a HPT? :)

From what I understand it takes a month for most because to begin to take effect.
You need to get one of those home pregnancy tests and stop the because if it is positive.
Make a doc appt. while you are at it.

Does it take more than a month to make my cycles regular, or for it to be a contraceptive?
Is it late enough for a PT?

It does indeed take a month for the contraceptive to be effective, this is why the doctors suggest that during the first month of the pill that you should use a second form of protection.

Now, on the other hand, it could be the pills themselves causing you to feel like this.

And it does take a while before the pill regulates your cycle. You should probably wait another week and then test using first morning urine. But still take your pill. Even if you are pregnant, there is no adverse effect on baby.

I don't know how I could possibly be pregnant, but I have a feeling that I am. I've only had sex once in the past few months, and it was roughly two weeks ago.
