1 pound lean ground beef
1 cup chopped carrots
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion
2 can of beef stock
4 cups water
Some cabbage
2 zuccinni
1 (16 ounce) can diced tomatoes
If you like potatoes then add them too...
1 teaspoon salt or more if you like!
Pepper too, never forget the pepper
1 (10 ounce) package frozen corn kernels
1 teaspoon dried basil
3 tablespoons ketchup
Slow cook till everything is done, I add the zuccinni last!
Worstershire sauce, until you love the taste of the soupy!
I got this off Allrecipes.com... and made it into my own, added and took away stuff... it is wonderful to be able to get recipes for everything... HUGS RP... you can add some hot sauce too if you want!

Doin' fine rpg, it seems as if I can finally see some of that "light at the end of the tunnel." I have been exceptionally busy lately. The next two days are also busy... But the weekend is in sight... Please thank you hubby.:)
