To see someone drowning in your dream, you are becoming too deeply involved in something that is beyond your control or represents a sense of loss in your own identity. You are unable to differentiate who you are anymore.

News reports in your area may shed a little light on whether a child actually died in your house. Newspaper archives are usually accessible at your local library, and anything older than a year is usually on microfiche. Librarians are excellent at teaching you how to use the machines to view these should you not know how. (I do genealogical research in my area, and often go through obituaries on microfiche... *grin*)

If the library doesn't have what you need to find, you can often find such info at a local Historical Society - and inter-library loans can be done as well for things that are stored several miles away. The only times I haven't been able to find info is when (1) the newspaper reporting the incident was destroyed, as in the fires of 1947 in Maine, where many towns were burned flat by wildfires and records were lost of (2) nobody thought the information newsworthy. (One would think the death of a child in a bathtub newsworthy, though... )

    Good luck!
