The slightest little flurry here and everything closes down and people are told to stay off the roads. What a big difference.:D

I'm calling it an early night...think I'll go watch the science channel or something...and go to bed early.
    night everyone.
AK, I understand, I was in North Carolina for a little over 4 years but I was raised in W. Pa. Lots of snow, ice and small mountains.

When it snowed even a half inch everything stopped dead. The first time it happened when I was there my General manager called and asked if I planned on going out that day. I said yes, WHY? He said don't, I'm not worried about your driving it is everyone else's driving that worries me. He was right, cars were sliding all over the place and in ditches, against trees, all over. It was really funny, everyone was frightened, the news called it a "Big Storm Warning. Store put out all their 10 year old snow shovels, chains for car tires... crazy but funny.:D

    Good morning Capt.

Mid-thirties?! The lowest we have in forecast is 42 (which is bad enough) tomorrow night... then back to 70's during the day

No kidding... I don't think people around here have gotten rid of them this season... up and down, up and down. I think I could deal with the cold better, if it would just stay cold. Not many weeks until Mardi Gras and it just doesn't seem cold enough for it. Can anyone holler MOONPIE! Oh, wait... do you know what Mardi Gras is?

You would think, my entire life of doing the gras, I would be tired of it. Although, it's not what it was when I was a kid, we do the whole RV thing and have a blast at the balls.

I just got off work... so I'll get maybe two or three winks sometime today. Found a "new" desk on the side of the road... it's really nice.. a little polish and good as new, so I'm going to set it up today. The things people will throw out... just can't help myself, or maybe I will "help myself" LOL

What's on your agenda today? I'm sure it involves lots of kids, :D hee hee
