I am admitting ihaven't done it yet, but will! :)
How long did it take you to be able to do that?
I've been working on being able to do a split for ages now.
For like 6 months now I still can't get past 6 or 7 inches off the ground.
I'm beginning to think my bodys not meant to be doing things like that.

Rp, definitely get a photo for nov of your baby jumping in the leaves, that would be perfect:D

    *bye rp and start

AK, start slow... like three sets a day for a week... then go for adding a couple more!
AND it has been a good three weeks or a little less. I did the splits the other night, (the easy way at least) I have never been able to do them like the cheer leaders but aside from the splits, my body is limber, and always been flexable. I think that is why I love the YOGA, I just did five sets and feel great!

Albear I'm glad you're doing good.

Start, the limber thing may be why I have such a problem...

So... you were going to growl at me after I left? that's not very nice, usually you just shoot me then tell me to find a tiger.
