Hi my name is Ann Dixon, I am looking for my son who I gave up in 1975, his birth=day is dec 19. I just want to let him know that I had no choice at that time to give him up for adoption. He's over 18... you could start a search.

Put a letter in with his birth certificate in the county he was born, with your contact information. If he goes looking for his original birth certificate, they will give him the letter as well.

You can also contact the adoption agency you went through, and do basically the same thing.

Check sites like adoption.com for him to be possibly searching for you, and put yourself on record as a searcher.
