    Head Pain
    I have a pain in the back of my head that goes down into my shoulder. I am going to the Dr next week but I was wondering if you could give me a little preview.

    It sounds like a tension headache. It really all depends on your pain tolerance. Do you do a lot of work whereby you are in a certain position for a long period ?

    Pain in the back of your head and shoulders, you may want to check that you are using a good firm but not too firm pillow. If you are using two pillows, you might only need one. If you're using one, you might need two.
