So confused
I'm a 14 year old girl, now I have noticed how I worry so much and make a lot of panic just for anything, this makes me so sad many times, even my friends noticed, and they told me how I panic a lot when I don't have to. These last weeks I've been worrying so much that I was having moments were I feel angry a lot, I began to become dizzy, and without any pacence, then all of a sudden I calm down[though I still don't feel well inside], and it happened to me many times after a lot of worrying about things[like for an example, my friend likes a guy, and when he came to talk to our group(our other friends who we hang out with), she saw him hug another girl, I didn't see him, she began to become angry and I don't know why I was sure she immagined it(so I told her she probably immagined what she never wanted to happen as she hadn't eaten during the day), then 2 weeks later we both saw him hugging her, and I felt embarrassed as I don't know if she thinks I wanted to make fun of her but anyway I just wanted to help her], after then I began to make fuss about everything, and now I realised how quite I became at school, and what low self-esteem I have, I think I need help, but even to my best friend I don't feel so comfortable talking about this as I don't think she understands me [as I already sometimes told her] as she doesn't feel as I feel and I understand her

It sounds like you may be developing (or have) an anxiety disorder. My best advice to you is to talk to your parents and have them take you to see a doctor.

Thakns for answering, but my parents have so much to be worried about, and I think they will think I am acting foolishly or something, once I told mum about the thing I get angry etc.. And she said nothing, and on the other side I don't think that I need to see a doctor, and on the ohther hand I think I need to talk to someone, but someone who would understand me, not leading me to loads of mental doctors and that stuff

Panic attacks and anger issues are serious business. You are 14 years old, you should be happy and having fun with your friends, not worried and getting all anxious and angry because the guy that your friend likes hugged another girl. Your parents are there to help you, regardless of whether they have a lot to do, THEY ARE YOUR PARENTS. Little feelings like this NOW could result in worse feelings and actions later in life.
Have you tried talking to a school counselor?

No, but I was thinking about it lately, but sometimes I feel that maybe I'm just making a lot of fuss about seeing a doctor, maybe all I need is to calm down, thanks a lot for your help

Sometimes its hard to take a step back and calm down without the proper help. It took me over 10 years to get my anger issues under control (I use to throw things). I thought that I was just making a lot of fuss too, but after talking to someone (like a counselor) it really helped. Good luck to you!

You are probobly experencein some mood swings. Mood swings are when you are happy for one momment and then avgery, or upset one other momment!!
