    Glutathione dosage as a starter
    Hi,

    Just want to ask if it is safe to take a glutathione?and if you are a starter is there a specific dosage that you should follow?

    I heard that taking amino acid complex and C ascorbate and selenium is better and the combination produces the glutathione. I am not sure exactly how it works because I have just started studying amino acids.
