    Theft of 5000
    I received an expense check in my name for $5000 and did not apply it to my corporate company card. I have spent the money and am when I go to court what I will be charged with and possible outcome. I have started to pay back what I can but so far only $100.

    So, you're just waiting for the shoe to drop? If you knew what prison was like, you'd be trying to raise the money to pay it back BEFORE you got charged. I don't know. You sound like you WANT to meet Bubba. K. Do nothing and you will.

    What you are guilty of is embezzlement. If you are prosecuted you will lose. What sentence you get depends on a number of factors. I would get an attorney and try to avoid prosecution.
