A virtual bar?? Fantastic, I can order what I want and I only have to pay virtual money and have a virtual hangover. If it's like that I want some sort of Absinthe cocktail.

How is everyone? All turkeyed up it seems. I felt really sorry for the american in our lab far away from home missing thanksgiving because nobody even thinks about it here. I think someone took her out for pint and a curry.

J_9..we have a big family (on my husband's side) too...never any leftovers
BTW could you send me some of your flurries...I haven't seen snow in years!! We supposedly get it every 4 years, but it's been 5 or 6..can't really remember
´Here you go hon.. I know what it is like to have no snow, I love it. We mowed the lawn and cut roses in Japan, and in Georgia we had snow once, Jan 3, 1976... that was the day I conceived my daughter too. It only stayed about a hour and then there was no sight of it anymore.
I was hoping never to see snow again for the rest of my life because I wanted to move to Las Vegas and live with my brother.. those plans are nil now, because of money and health reasons. But, the good part is that I can see how my grandson Alexander Bryce will like it. He is 15 months old and it will practically be his first experience with snowballs. So, I guess I'll tolerate it one more time.

I'm an alcoholic, and dry for twenty or more years now, but Absinthe sounds like something I just might be willing to try... so far the medication is helping me enough though, and I still have time to decide what type of 'coctail' I'll make for myself when the time comes.

Every time I come here, I get virtually drunk and have fun and the virtual hangover is not as bad as a real one, thank goodness.

I have severe back muscle strain, with a possible herniated disc.

I get to sit around today and take it easy, with muscle relaxers! Whoohoo!

Yeah... when I couldn't lift my purse without doubling over in pain, and my husband had to put on my shoes--he put his foot down and dragged me to the urgent care.

Muscle relaxers make me feel kind of loopy though.

I get loopy like nitrous loopy. I just want to lay around and not sleep, but just kind of... doze.

It's kind of like being high, I guess. Not that a good girl like me would know anything about that.
