Green Water and a Red Bump
I have a 55 gal fish tank and have had it for over a year I use to have a few dozen fish in there, lobsters, snails, frogs and a algae eater lately after a tragic moving episode my numbers have significantly dropped but now I am having a problem I never encountered before my water is all green and no matter what I do it keeps turning green and now one of my fish have a red bump on the side next to its fin and I don't know what to do please help me

It could have been caused by the move maybe he air change did you clean out the tank as soon as you moved?

Yes I cleaned out everything I put them in a smaller tank while I set up stuff at my new home and got the water back right for them and then put them back in there big tank someone told me that the green water might be algae and the bumps seem to be gone now that I turn the light off more often I work a lot of hours during the day but I open the blinds so that sunlight comes through but after the sun goes down they just have the light of a dime night light is that OK am I doing something wrong I don't want to hurt my fish but this tank looks bad and I don't think that could be good for them at all

The green water is free floating algae and it's due to sunlight exposure.
If the sunlight is hitting your tank directly, either move the tank to a different spot or just crack the blinds.
Aquarium lights should also be turned on a few hours every evening/night.
I turn mine on from about 6 pm to about 10 pm.
A little algae destroyer will help clear up the problem that you are experiencing now and you can avoid the problem in the future by not allowing direct sunlight to enter the tank.
    Happy fish keeping!
