    My skin is getting.
    My pubic area's skin is getting darker and I am not getting time
    To take care of it,please advice me something for eating bcoz I have three
    Kids I don't have time to apply anything.

    This topic belongs in the health section, but I've decided to give you an answer on this forum. The dark pigmentation on your pubic area is caused by pregnancy changes in blood hormone levels that increases the melanocyte-stimulating hormone. Melanocytes are the cells within the in the epidermisthat whose responsible for producing melanin, which causes dark areas of the body to become more pronounced in most pregnant women. So the pubic areas, nipples or beauty marks may appear darker during and after pregnancy. The darkened areas will gradually fade within a few months after the baby is born, but will return in subsequent pregnancies. It will appear less noticeable over time. But if you're concerned about this, please see your doctor. Her or she may be able to prescribe a treatment to help the pigmentation subside faster.
