Start, I meant to tell you that my wife is into yoga also. She goes to excersice class on Mondays and Thursdays, yoga.

I think another month and he will be ready to sweep the floor all by himself lol. You have started to do Yoga Start? That is awsome. Good for you. Yoga does a world of difference, although I have never tried it. When I started Karate, we learned a form of meditation and I took it a step further to make it a regular routine which made a huge difference in mind, spirit and body. |

Is anyone else still experiencing how much slower it seems for the AMHD pages to download. Plus before when someone responded to a thread I posted on I would get an email in my Outlook, it only happens occasionally now.

I stayed home today to take care of my Little Cheeks. I think it was important he has been sick and myself as well. Plus me being home gives Proud a break as well.
