    Unreasonable Landlord demand
My Landlord is demanding that I move a boiler flue pipe that she claims is trespassing on her property. I have just bought the llease of the flat & the boiler & flue, according to my builder, have been there for approximately 15 years.

Would you explain what you mean? Did you make modifications to the landlord's property?

Tell her that you will see her in court. And have a nice day. And then of course have your real estate attorney review this.

Most likely She is just trying to take advantage of you since you just bought it, and figure you won't know better.

I will figure by your wording you are in Europe somewhere but I believe the laws would be similar.
