Hello, This is a very informative site. This is my case: Dec. 2001 to 06.08.05 ---> F1/OPT (Exempt from counting) 06.09.05 to 12.31.05 ---> H1 (206 Days) I came to US on Dec. 2001. I'm single , have filed "1040NREZ+8843" for 2004, 2003, 2002. My questions are:
