I had too much to drink, and the kids go to school an hour late every other Wed, so I slept as long as I could...
Hmmm, I am wide awake now...

We have about 12 friends coming tomorrow at 4 pm. Gives us a chance to use the dining room and the "good" china.. ha ha.

It's funny, my daughter in law raised a fuss about three years ago and insisted that she wanted to have Thanksgiving at her house from now on because she wanted to start her own tradition. We all said.. ok.

My son works for me and sent me an email about a week ago saying that he needed to be off today and Friday. I ask him what was up and he said that they, along with his in laws were going to Mississippi for Thanksgiving... hummm? Okay, it would have been nice to let us know that we have a "burp" in the tradition here.

Love her... but sometimes... anyway we adjusted and will have our own this year with my daughter an some friends.

    Happy Thanksgiving,

You've got that right.we love them all, but sometimes.. wow, always the unexpected.

Another one my wife and I like is; she will always call about an hour before she wants us to come to dinner or "we are on our way to dinner out, can you jion us?" Once in a while.. ok, but 90% of the time? My wife said; from now on just have her ask for her... oot ooh!:D

But we love them all, and I'm sure they love us also. Especially when I am kind of expected to always pick up that restruant check, which with 8 people is always over $300. But we love :)them.
