What wrong with my dog?
My dog won't eat or drink and he's stomach is bigger than before, and he is breathing heavy,and he's lazy and won't move around.

What kind of dog is it? I have to say that those symptoms sound suspiciously like bloat, in which case the dog is in serious trouble at this point. However, there are many other things that it might be, and a vet is the only way to determine which it is and how to treat it.

Yes, it does sound like bloat. I hate to say this, but seek emergency treatment for him tonight. Start with your vets after hours number or even rugular number.
