How to report someone who hasn't filed taxes?
I'd like to know exactly how to report an individual who has not filed income taxes with the IRS in years. ANY help would be appreciated!

If you KNOW this individual is not paying taxes as he should, you can call the Tax Fraud Hotline. You can get the phone number from Internal Revenue Service.

However, make sure of your facts. Even apparently prosperous individuals may not have a requirement to file.
