    ACK! My voice!
    Gah! My voice is gone! (I think it's because maybe I yelled too much, but who knows?) It is raspy when I try to talk! Are there any ways to cure this? Home remedies? I DO NOT want to go to the doctors!! :eek:

    Don't try to talk at all so your voice gets a chance to relax

    Take vitamin C
    Avoid all sugar, milk, caffeine and tobacco
    Eat broth try making some homemade soup add fresh garlic
    Drink plenty of fluids
    Warm tea with honey is good

    You can get an antiseptic spray from the drug store to keep infection out of your through, as it is raspy you have probably done some damage so best to be on the safe side.
