Thank you J9, I know your right. We were thanking are lovely stars he did not get sick as much like other babies and toddlers but it makes more sense for him to build up immunity, now we are starting to see him get sick more often. Thank you for that reminder about the immunity.
Thank you Akae too.

Yeah, of course I have tweezers, but this one is deep and straight in, not at an angle. Guess I'll just have to soak it and wait for it to work its way out.
No I wasn't taking the mick, it just sounds familiar to what my mum does

Well when I was away on vacation. I slept about 7 hours or more every night. Now that I am back to work and back here. I am sleeping about 3 hours or so a night. So in my case?
Edit::::::: Now it is 12:56 am
P.S.
I would say worry and stress are the leading causes? Edit::::: Maybe environment, air, everything. Do I have to make a list for you albear? Lol Just kidding.

I don't know, something about the sun going down brings being wide awake
And lots of mind chatter when I lay down for bed...
I can be tired as heck during the day and wide awake at night.
It catches up with me every few ddays and I'll sleep good though.
What's stopping you, other than your nap earlier?

I have had the same problem from time to time so I asked the doctor. He said to start relaxing about an hour or so before bed time and don't have any distractions in your bedroom. No books, TV, etc. And practice going to bed at the same time each night to teach your body when it is time to sleep... hope that helps some?

So AK... a fellow night person, actually I'm usually up till an hour or so after the time your up at now, but its probably added stress and the likes that's keeping me up this time,

One of my problems is that I get hungry and sometimes need a cigarette. The late eating is going to kill my efforts to lose more weight though. My wife just made a snack of cucumbers in sour cream... to much to resist..
