    A person under probation.
    If the person is under probation in United State, is he allowed to go out of the country for only a month then comeback without court approval? Do we need to ask the probation officer for approval or do we need to go face the judge for approval?

    Hello wife:

    The persons probation documents will list everything he CAN and CAN'T do. IF it doesn't say anything about travel, bon voyage.
