    Cramps after Miscarriage
I had a miscarriage 2 days ago but am still getting bad cramps in my lower abdomen and am wondering if this is normal. The bleeding isn't bad.

I am so sorry for your loss. It must be terrible.

Have you seen the doctor? Did you have a D&C done? I really need some more info before I can give you a definitive answer.

Raspbery leaf tea is excellent for bringing your hormones back into balance and speeding up the healing. If youcare to try this make sure its rsberry leaf and not just raspberry flavored, You can find it in the health food area at most grocery stores. Sorry for your loss.Hope your pampering yourself

I had cramps on and off for about a week after I started to miscarry. It can take a whle to lose all the tissue- sorry to be so blunt. I am so sorry for your loss. It's a horrible time.

Yes, it can take a while, but an exam by a doctor is strongly recommended so that you know for sure that all tissue has been expelled. Without expelling the complete contents of the uterus you run a very high risk of a severe infection.

Curious cramps [ 6 Answers ]

Okay, so for the past couple days I've had on and off cramping, but these cramps don't feel like normal PMS cramps. The first time I had them, I woke up at 1:30 in the morning and thought I was going to start my period, because whenever I cramp enough to wake me up where I can't sleep... it's...

I am now about 5 weeks pregnant. Have had cramping pretty much every day for the past week (it comes and goes). I have also had sore breasts. Today I have no cramping at all. Is this cause for concern? My breast are still sore though. Thanks!
