    Ex sponged record.
Can I get my record ex sponged if I am found not guilty of a misdemeanor. And what are the procedures in to doing this. Also does disorderly conduct explain what the conduct was.

What record? If you were found not guilty, then there is no record of conviction. Generally the record of an arrest and prosecution is not available to the general public. Only a record of conviction.

To attempt and get your record expunged, you need to file a petititon in the court where you were tried.
