    Home bakery
    Hi my name is randy. I have want to fulfill my dream of starting a home based bakery.I live out in the country with lots of houses and no bakery of any sort.We have to drive to town that is about 10 to 15 miles. So I think I could really make a go of it out here. So if you could tell me how to get started it would be really great. I don't want to start of big just enough to get going. I am a baker I went to a school east of Montreal so I know that part

    How about offering a baked goods delivery service to folks? They could sign up to have a loaf of bread or other baked goods delivered on a regular basis. You could do up a flyer and hand deliver it with a sample of your wares. If the town that's nearby has restaurants, you might offer to provide baked goods to them on a similar arrangement. Again, offering a sample to them might be a good way of getting your foot in the door.

    I think you have to check with the Zoning office in your area.
    I believe there are regulations about selling food from your home.

    It's a good idea to check it all out before you begin.
