    Should I pay or not?
My husband and I owe 9000 at 4%on one and 7000 at 18% (hopefully I can lower that one down) on another card. When income tax time comes he wants to put down 2000 on each. But I think its better to pay monthly (double the minimum payment). What do you all think?:) :)

At 18 percent it would be better to put the full 4000 on that card and actually try and make more payments and pay it off early.
I think Earnie the loan shark gives better interest than that.
