    Getting back into basketball and clueless
    I'm in 8th grade and I did basketball in 4th and 5th grade a lot and was really into it. In 6th grade I had to quit because I didn't have anytime to do it anymore. Well I've just joined a house league, which a lot of people do in my grade ,but anyway I don't really remember and rules or techniques or anything. How can I become not so rusty quickly and get information on how to do moves and the rules?

    Watch a college or NBA game to understand the rules. If that does not work then go online to a basketball website to learn the rules. To get better quickly you should practise for about 45 minutes everyday or play against somebody(one on one or team).
