Orgasm Problems!
My boyfriend and I, been together for 4 years now. Every time we have sex, I can't moan or have a orgasm. We been together for a long time now and I still feel shy about my sexual emotions. I don't have great self-esteem. Is that the reason why?? Can I get some advice?

I've been with my husband for 5 years now and I still get butterflies and all excited anytime he touches me. It's not so much about confidence but more about love and emotion. And about the sex, have you tried like, getting really down and dirty rough and hard... trying different positions or toys and stuff... maybe that'll help.

Every female is different, I have experienced great and different types of orgasms with my partner. But with my ex's I never had orgasm's and this was simply because I did not feel 100% comfortable with them. I also think that if you have low self esteem, this does effect your sex life! You said you feel shy about your sexual emotions and this may be what is holding you back 4rm having orgasms, because your not relaxed. Trust me I was the same with my Ex's, but with my new partner now he helped my overcome my shyness, and now I'm fine. You just have to be relaxed and not feel shy to let go.. gud luck

It sounds to me that every time you get down to the sex your mind starts to get stressed out with thinking about orgasm's and how many you can have and want etc !
What you need to do is maybe make the foreplay last a little longer, find way that you can get your other half to stimulate your clitoris more.
You need to make sure your fully relaxed and ready for some fun, clear your mind about things that have happened in the past where you didn't reach orgasm ! Enoy the sex and as for the not moaning etc every women is different.
But you really need to start to love yourself and find ways that you can lift your own self-esteem, because you need to sort this problem out as this will 9 times out of 10 have a knock on effect in the bedroom !
Make some you time and get to know your own body, what you like and enjoy and then encourage your other half to join in.
