    In the long run it will help. Exercising can help your body be entirely healthier, and eventually your skin will show. Skin is last when it comes to taking nutrients, and it gets the short end of the stick. I have had a lot of problems with acne, and I started exercising 5 times a week, and I notice more of a glow with my skin. So to answer your question, yes, it helped in my case. :)

Eating right can also make your skin look healthy. So a balanced diet and excerise can make your complexion better. A skin-care routine is crucial for achieving healthy skin as well. Try to use a mild cleanser, toner and oil-free moisturizer and then apply your acne treatment.
