    Replacing a Broken Toilet Flange
I am replacing the flooring and toilet in my upstairs bathroom. The underlayment is in good shape under the toilet flange, so I don't plan on replacing it. But the flange is broken. I've removed the flange bolts, but the flange is glued to the pipes. I can't get it off. Is there an easy way to get a flange off that is glued? Both my flange and the pipe are made of white PVC.
