    I don't really know how to title this
    Hello I have four sisters two of them have there own and one lives at home with mom just like I do but two of them have taken moms name off her house which we all was raise in this happen in 2006 jan can I take them to court they have taken control of everything and have cut myself and the other sister out

    How did they just take your mother off the title of her own house? They might have been added with your mothers permission and the lenders permission(if there is still a mortgage) Your sisters could not have just walked down to the court house and said take her off and put us on. Can I get a little more to this story. Is mom sick? Did she give POA to someone because she can't make the decisions herself?

    Need more info - you can't just take someone's name off property unless you have a power of attorney and then the Deed still has to be signed and filed.
