    Zone control adjustment
I just bought my house in May and now that its cooling off, I have started using the gas heat. I discovered a damper system was installed at some point and its shutting off any warm air to the upstairs. I need to either adjust the damper or just turn off the system with all dampers open. Any idea how to do this?

System is perfec temp. hvac is payne.

Is it a powered damper or a manual adjusting type?
The powered damper should have a separate thermostat to operate it.
