Honda Del Civic no start.
I have a 94 Honda del sol with a 93 honda civic motor in it and it won't start. Its been sitting for some time now. I've checked for spark and fuel and I have neither. I have replaced the ECU/ECM and nothing seems to work. How do I get it started?
