    Kenmore Elite HE3 Washer
During the "Add a garment/Wash" cycle I'm getting an F followed by an H (or reverse) code. No numbers, just "F" and "H". The washer will not move past this till I pause it then restart it and it usually goes away. Today I had to do this twice to clear the code. This has happened 3 times over the last two weeks (I do at least 7 - 10 loads a week) - any help would be appreciated. I've lost my manuals somewhere and have no idea what's going on here.

Thank you so much for your help applsvcgirl! I did not know Whirlpool made Kenmore parts for washers - the document is most appreciated! I will follow the recommended diagnostics to find out why I'm getting this error code. Again, Thank You!

No problem! Better to have it and not need it then need it and not have it. Good Luck!
