I need to lose my tummy fat in the next couple of months
Currently I am in the middle of now where with limited food choices. All they have is a lot of fried foods and I am trying my hardest to lose my tummy fat in the next couple of month when I go home and see my hubby again  . Over the past year I have been slowly gaining weight. I am 5'9" and weight about 150 with a little extra tummy fat that I would like to see go away. If I am thinking right, my weight is just about average for my height, I just want a flat tummy. I want to get my figure back before I start thinking about having kids... but that’s after the whole military thing. I have a little over 2 months before I go home and want to look fabulous for my husband when I walk off the plane. I am very limited I supplies here but do have access to a gym. I hope someone can help me out here. I don’t have a lot of time to myself so gym time is limited over here. I do run for about 20 min and do crunches almost everyday... but I don’t seem to be getting anywhere... ugh... any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hiya.
I too also want a flatter tummy so know how you feel. :(
So far I do some ab exercises that I found on YouTube, search phonefitnesstrainer on there. I do those. And I run for about 20 minutes. Just recently started and it is helping a little. Think biking also helps, my boyfriend bikes a lot and he has a really nice flat, toned stomach so I am going to try that also.
With the food thing, do you not have any salads at all?

We do have salads, but sometimes its better not to trust the lettuce... I don’t have access to YouTube over here... the internet is very restricted where I am and cannot got onto any streaming media site... I have been doing crunches (normal, and right and left) plus butterfly kicks. Last night I started walking instead of running but I had the treadmill at a steep incline and walked at a fast pace for 30 min. I noticed that I burned more calories that way and it doesn’t hurt my shin splints as much... I do eat more sandwiches than the fried foods, and if there is chicken I try to eat that and just peel off the breading…

Im a 13 year old boy but I have a flat tummy since young so I think I can help. Don't give a to what you eat. You can eat what you like. Split your meals into 6 times per day. Each meal (for what I eat) are basically the same. Some rice some meat some veggie :) don't eat unless you are hungry and don't starve yourself. Other than the workouts you do u can also do that bicycle crunches thing.
